By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to

PICKUP LOCATIONS: Lindfield + Bondi Junction

  • Orders can be picked up Tuesday to Friday only between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm, and are generally ready within an hour after purchase.

  • Email before completing your order to arrange a pick-up time.


  • Email us for international shipping!

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday excluding national holidays in which case we will be closed.

  • Order before 12pm for same day

  • Orders made after 12pm will be posted the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and shipping notifications via email.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries.

  • Free shipping for domestic orders over $60

  • We offer standard and express post options.

  • Virtue Box takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

  • Please note: on international orders, any import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.



  • If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us BEFORE they are dispatched, we will be happy to provide a full refund. If you change your mind AFTER dispatch, please refer to how to return an item below. The shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 10days of purchase with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case-by-case basis. We have a 30 day warranty period on all of our pieces. 

  • All purchases for digital downloads made on are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us via email to discuss a resolution.

  2. Items(s) must be returned unused with all original packaging and in original condition.

  3. Gift cards, sales, and clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

  2. Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

  3. We will respond to your email within 24hours and provide you with a returns form and necessary instructions.

  4. All returns credit notes exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
